CleanDay India provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial spaces. We offer regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and special services such as office and post-event cleaning.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking our services. You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has access to the premises and is able to perform the service as requested.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the cleaning. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payment platforms. Prices are subject to change based on the scope of the service.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50. Refunds will be issued at our discretion, based on the circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

CleanDay India is not liable for any damages or losses that occur during the cleaning service, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by our staff. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues in the property.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
